Fixed Price Consultancy
Our fixed price consultancy gives you the opportunity to have an in-depth analysis of your business marketing. Whether you have a clearly defined strategy which just isn't working, or you're 'flying by the seat of your pants', our analysis will give you fresh motivation to move your business forward in the most cost-effective way possible.
What we do for you
We start with a good look at what you are doing. We analyse its effectiveness and cost. We look closely at what you are trying to achieve, whether you're a 'one-man-band' or have a whole team of reps. We will look at in-house marketing, media marketing, direct mail, internet marketing, websites and SEO. We will make recommendations based purely on your business and what you are trying to achieve. We help you look at your pricing structure and your customers perception of you. We help you make your business grow.
The process
We take on a limited number of consultations each month to ensure we do justice to every commission we undertake. The process is straightforward:
- You complete the Registration Form
- We contact you to let you know if we can offer you a consultation.
- A date is agreed for us to visit you.
- Prior to the consultation we will email you a questionnaire to complete giving us a more detailed outline of your business. You are under no obligation to tell us any more than you wish to divulge. However, the more knowledge we have the more accurate our marketing strategy will be.
- We will use the information in the pre-consultation form to research your market place based on our experience and our customer profiles.
- On the day of the consultation we will ask you to make yourself available from 10am to 4pm, although it can take less time.
- Your marketing strategy report will be prepared and available within 10 working days. Once completed we contact you to arrange a further meeting to discuss the report. The report will be emailed to you 24 hours before the meeting.
- We will meet with you and discuss the initiatives we recommend. You are under no obligation to undertake any of our strategies.
- If you decide to implement all or some of our strategies we will work with you to put them in place. If the strategies you choose to use are implemented by us or any of our associated companies there will be no further fees. If you decide to implement our strategies through a 3rd party and want us to advise we are happy to do so. This will be chargeable.
- After three months we will send you a questionnaire based on the strategies implemented. This, once completed, will help us to analyse the progress made by your business. A report on these improvements will be emailed to you, together with our advice for any 'Tweaking' necessary to your marketing.
